How do you spot a reliable peptide shop?
Many web shops sell research peptides, and quality varies widely. With this checklist you can quickly judge whether a supplier can be trusted. At the bottom you can read how Europa Peptides meets each point.
1. Check the company details
A reliable shop lists a real address, chamber of commerce number and VAT number. Look up the registration number in the trade register. If these details are missing, or the company is based in a different country than the website suggests, be careful.
2. Ask for certificates of analysis (COAs)
A COA shows what is in a vial and how pure it is. Check the date, the amount tested and whether the report was produced by an independent lab. An old report or a test of a different dose says little about the batch you receive.
3. Look for HPLC and mass spectrometry
HPLC measures purity, mass spectrometry (MS) confirms the peptide's identity. A purity of 98–99% or higher is the standard for research grade.
4. Clear terms and RUO policy
Serious suppliers sell for research only (RUO) and make no medical claims. Promises about health, weight loss or human dosing are a red flag.
5. Independent reviews
Check independent platforms such as PepFinder, where suppliers are rated on COAs, price and service.
