In these terms Europa Peptides is referred to as 'we' or 'the seller'; the customer is 'you' or 'the buyer'.

2. Applicability. These terms apply to every offer on this website, every order and every agreement between Europa Peptides and the buyer. By placing an order you accept these terms. Deviations only apply if we have confirmed them in writing. In addition to these terms, our privacy policy, cookie policy, shipping policy, returns policy, complaint procedure, disclaimer and Research Use Only policy apply; those documents cover specific topics in more detail.

3. Offer and agreement. All offers on the website are without obligation and valid while stocks last. Obvious mistakes or typographical errors in prices, descriptions or images are not binding on us. The agreement is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order or request additional information.

4. Research Use Only. All products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and are expressly not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnostics, or use as a medicine, food or cosmetic product. Upon entering the website the buyer declares to be at least 18 years old, to have the required knowledge and facilities, and to use the products solely for legitimate research. The buyer is responsible for safe storage, handling, disposal and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prices. All prices are in euros and include any VAT due unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time; for a confirmed order the price at the time of ordering applies.

6. Payment. Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout, including direct bank transfer. For bank transfers, use your order number as the payment reference; the order is only shipped once we have received payment in full. If payment is not received within 3 days we may cancel the order. Payment on invoice is only possible after explicit written agreement; late payment incurs statutory (commercial) interest and extrajudicial collection costs.

7. Delivery and risk. Delivery and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. Stated delivery times are indicative and are not strict deadlines. The risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery at the address provided. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

8. Cancellation, returns and complaints. You may cancel or amend an order as long as it has not been paid or is not yet ready for dispatch. Returns are not possible, not even for unopened products: we do not take products back because we cannot offer them again afterwards. Damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries are always resolved free of charge. See the returns policy and complaint procedure for full details and deadlines.

9. Conformity and warranty. We supply products that meet the specifications stated on the product page. Where available we publish independent lab results. We give no warranty of fitness for any purpose other than laboratory research. Check your delivery on receipt and report visible defects within 3 days.

10. Liability. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order concerned. We are never liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, lost savings, loss of research results, or damage resulting from incorrect storage, incorrect handling or use contrary to the Research Use Only policy, including any use in or on humans or animals. These limitations do not apply in the event of intent or wilful recklessness by Europa Peptides and do not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights. The buyer indemnifies us against third-party claims arising from improper use of the products.

11. Force majeure. In the event of force majeure - including transport disruptions, supplier failure, government measures, customs delays and payment provider outages - our obligations are suspended. If force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement free of charge and we will refund amounts already received.

12. Intellectual property. All content on this website, including texts, photographs, product images, labels and the logo, is owned by Europa Peptides and may not be used or copied without our written permission.

13. Personal data. We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR.

14. Changes. We may amend these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law and disputes. All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. We prefer to resolve disputes together first through our complaint procedure; please contact info@europapeptides.nl. If we cannot reach a solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring the dispute before the legally competent court.
