Who are the products intended for?

Our products are intended exclusively for laboratories, research institutions, biotechnology companies and qualified research professionals. They are not suitable for human or veterinary use.

Is bacteriostatic water included?

Yes. Every peptide ships with 3 ml of bacteriostatic water for reconstitution - no need to order it separately.

In what form are peptides shipped?

All peptides are shipped as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a sterile vial. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water the solution must be kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C.

Where can I find the lab results?

Available lab results and batch documentation are listed per peptide on the Lab results page. Not every peptide has a published result yet - we add them per batch.

What if a peptide is out of stock or not listed?

How are peptides stored?

Dry (lyophilised) powder remains stable for years at -20 to -80 °C in an airtight, dark container. Once reconstituted, the peptide must be stored refrigerated at 2–8 °C and used within a few weeks.

Where do orders ship from and how fast?

Orders are dispatched from our Dutch warehouse to the entire EU. Ordered before 16:00 (Mon-Sat) = shipped the same day. In the Netherlands typically 1–2 business days, within the EU 2–5 business days. Everything is packed discreetly in a dark package with a plastic tray - nothing on the outside references the contents.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Usually not. We ship most orders as a letterbox parcel, so the package fits through your mailbox and you do not need to be home. Only larger orders that do not fit through the letterbox are delivered to the door.

Is there free shipping?

Yes - free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium from €75 and within the rest of the EU from €150.
